静态参数配置
除了在注解中配置服务治理规则外，Service Keeper也支持直接在service-keeper.properties中配置所有的服务治理规则。此类配置只会在生成相应的限流器、熔断器等组件时读取一次，如果相应组件已经存在则配置不会生效。建议在启动前或者动态生成相应组件时配置此类参数，具体列表如下：
